THURSDAY- 23RD JANUARY
DAY TWO – THE PLACE OF SACRIFICE – LUKE 5:1-10
Peter sacrificed his boat for Jesus to use it to teach the people. To access deeper things there is always a place of sacrifice. Peter could have said no, since he has toiled from night to day no fish. He let down his boat for Jesus to use it. are you ready to let down your life for God to use you? Jesus knew the situation of Peter and went ahead to ask for his boat, and Peter sacrificed. What is that thing the Lord is requesting from you, you need to sacrifice.
PRAYER POINTS:
– Begin to rededicate your life afresh to your maker. Jesus requested for Peter’s boat, today He is asking for your life as a living sacrifice. (Romans 12:1). Present your body as a living sacrifice to the Lord.
– Pray and ask the Lord to teach you how to sacrifice. The spirit of having all but possessing nothing.
– Sing this hymn: Turn each verses to prayer. Be intentional about it
